BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Refund policy 
   Full payment will be taken to secure bookings (non-refundable) via our online booking system. Fishing  is min 24hrs, starting at 11.15am till 11am on departure day.
   Refund will only be sent to individual anglers if the fishery has to shut full e.g fish spawning.
2. Arrival Day - You can arrive at the fishery site from 8am onwards. 
   
   
3. Departure Day - All tackle and equipment must be clear from your peg at 11am on departure day.
4. Merrington carp fishery accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to fishing tackle, cars, persons or any other property however caused.
